This year's theme, TRIO: A Beacon for Student Success, serves as a reminder of TRIO's role as a safe harbor and guiding light for our students, especially as they navigate obstacles and challenges that might otherwise leave them stranded.
Registration for the conference will open on Monday, 8/17, and registration rates are as follows:

Hotel reservation information will be available on the PA TRIO website along with the registration information; our room rate for the conference will be $159 per night. Please note that the hotel room block closes on Monday, September 15th! We do not anticipate being able to extend the room block deadline, so we encourage you to register and book your room ASAP.

Call For Proposals
The PA TRIO Conference Committee invites you to submit a proposal for the 54th annual PA TRIO Conference “TRIO: A Beacon for Student Success”, at the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel in Erie, PA, from Tuesday, October 6th - Friday, October 9th, 2026.
Concurrent Sessions will be 75 minutes in length. A session could include panel presentations with time split between the presenters. The sessions are scheduled for Wednesday, October 7th, and Thursday, October 8th.
NOTE: Please let us know if you are unable to present on one of those days when you submit your proposal.

Registration Timeline
Early Bird Registration
Register between August 17 and September 13, 2026 to score the Early Bird pricing of $375.
Regular Registration
Register between September 14 and October 1, 2026, for the Regular Registration rate of $500.
Late/On-Site Registration
Register between October 2 and October 6, 2026 for the Late and On-Site Registration rate of $600.
